Mode : CQB Magnetic Pump
Application:
The magnetic pumps are widely used in industries such as petro chemicals,acid production and alkali production, noferrous, automobile, separation of rare earth elements, esticides, dye, pharmacy, paperming, electroplating , electronics. Operatin temperature: -20¡ãc- +80¡ãc.

Design peculiarity:
There is no shaft seal in the pumps,indirect drive with magneticcoupling is adopted,therefore there is no leakage trouble to worry about,and no containment to the site.As section of pumps in contact with liguid is made with¡° fluoroplasticalloy ¡±this pumps can work continuously without anyamage to transfer any corrosive material such as acids,alkalis,strong oxidzer,etc.
Operration principle:
The driving device is an active magnet coupling which is attached directly to the motor shaft,pump cavity is totally closed . The impeller with magnets on pump shaft is driven to rotate by the magnetic coupling .The structure is compact,safe,and can save enery.
Strong and durable pump body:
Although the section which is in contact with liquid is of fluoroplastic, the case of pump body is of metal material. This structure makes the pump body strong enough to withstand the weight of piping and mechanical impact.
